The shop was started in 1998 and named after our son Ziggy.

2. How much is postage?

As long as you spend more than £10 with us, all postage is free within the UK.

Postage is just £5 for delivery anywhere outside the UK.

3. What is your returns and refund policy?

Our aim is to please you. If you need to return any item purchased from www.Ziggys.biz, please do so with the items unused and with their original packaging (if possible, please try to return all labels and clothing tags too.)
You have 30 days within which to do so.

Return the goods in the same condition as you received them for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your return postage.

You may wish, of course, to exchange or have credit on returned items. Please Contact us to discuss your requirements

This more than conforms to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which allows you to return goods within 7 days.

www.Ziggys.biz operates the same returns and refund policy for sale goods as with full priced goods.

5. How quickly do you deliver?

We aim to dispatch all goods as quickly as we can (many of our UK customers receive their goods within 48 hours), but please allow up to 7 days for delivery of goods within the UK, from date of order.
Select goods may be posted from third parties but we will keep you fully informed at all times.

For overseas customers please allow up to 14 days to receive your goods.

a: You can pay over the internet, through our secure online payment system.
We accept most forms of credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Electron and Amex.

c: If you prefer to place a telephone order, you can call the shop, during trading hours, with your credit card details.

Your privacy is paramount.
Any details you give us are not passed to any other company and are used solely by us in order to process your order.
We do not hold any credit card details.

Occasionally, we may contact you with specific offers or news items directly related to www.Ziggys.biz.

10. Cancellation Policy?

Up until any goods are posted, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time.
Once goods have been dispatched, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act 2000, there is a cooling off period of seven days within which you are legally entitled to return goods bought online, and receive a full refund.
Please note you are still responsible for the full return cost of postage and packaging.
Remember to obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

Don’t forget, we are always at the end of the phone and are happy to take your calls to discuss any queries.
Answer machine messages will be returned as soon as possible, as we may be busy serving in the shop (or asleep if you are an overseas customer!).
