As long as you spend more than £10 at www.Ziggys.biz, all postage is free within the UK.
If you spend under £10, then we charge only £1.99 within the UK.

International Postage is charged at just £5 per order.
Unfortunately certain, bulky, items are not available for our Overseas Customers.
You may, however, Contact Us to discuss special postage rates for these items.

All goods are either sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery, or by courier.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving your order, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery of goods within the UK, from date of order.
(Many of our UK customers receive their order within 48 hours)

Please be aware we do not take any payment from your card until goods are ready for dispatch.

Select goods may be posted from third parties but we will keep you fully informed at all times.

For International customers please allow up to 14 days to receive your goods.

If you need to return any item purchased from www.Ziggys.biz, please do so with the items unused and with their original packaging, within 30 days.
Please return all labels and tags too.

Return the goods in the same condition as you received them for a full refund.

You must obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your return postage.

You may also exchange or have credit on returned items. Please Contact us to discuss your requirements.

This more than conforms to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which allows you to return goods within 7 days.

www.Ziggys.biz operates the same returns and refund policy for sale goods as with full priced goods.
